They are trained to assess, prescribe, and implement exercise programs for children with different health conditions, disabilities, and developmental stages. These professionals are fun, innovative, and passionate about helping children achieve their physical potential while having a good time.

Tanya Barnett

Director & Paediatric Exercise Physiologist

Tanya graduated from Queensland University of Technology in 2003 as an Exercise Physiologist. She opened Coordinated Kidz in 2022 at Stones Corner, Brisbane. She has 20-years of experience as an Exercise Physiologist and business owner starting and running Coordinated Fitness in Greenslopes.

Tanya saw children needed to access quality Exercise Physiology services. She identified children need to have their own space and be treated as children throughout their therapy journey. Children need the foundation to grow, and they can make huge improvements in their abilities when supported in the right environment. She works on training the Coordinated Kidz team to build their knowledge about paediatric exercise and assists them to implement great service.

If you need any assistance please reach out to Tanya at Coordinated Kidz and she will be happy to assist you and your child.
