Once you book your session with Coordinated Kidz you will receive an email from us, containing a form to fill out about your child.

Once you submit this form it will arrive in our child’s file. This will allow us to learn about your child’s needs and start to build out their plan.

Ongoing you will receive a text message reminder for appointments and the occasional email about programs in the clinic and updates.
