Can we use NDIS funding for Paediatric Exercise Physiology sessions? Yes. Paediatric Exercise Physiologists can help children living with a disability or developmental delay.

NDIS reports have been created to ensure it provides all the required information that your NDIS planner will be looking for. including  plans, child history, progress and your future goals.

Payment of service is required at the time of a consultation, with the exception of those clients who might be under NDIS or another insurance agency.

Once you book your session with Coordinated Kidz you will receive an email from us. Within this email there is a form to fill out about your child.

If you want to refer your child or a child under your care to Coordinated Kidz, there are different forms you may require using depending on your type of funding for services.
